Workshop

The Florida Medical Entomology Laboratory hosted a workshop for Florida mosquito control and public health professionals on June 3-4, 2014 to develop effective plans and practices for controlling Florida Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus. The workshop was an invaluable preparation for Florida mosquito control professionals and Florida departments of health.

Purpose

To provide Florida mosquito control with strategies to control a Florida dengue or chikungunya outbreak through effective control of Aedes aegypti and/or Aedes albopictus.
